At NSDCo, our priority clients experience what we call Full-Service Design which includes a comprehensive Design Plan detailing every aspect of a new home or renovation project. This Design Plan includes stunning 3D images, curated mood boards, real-life material presentations, and our detailed FFE spreadsheet (which is a favorite among builders and subcontractors). The NSDCo team is also physically present, often the first and last ones on a job site.
The Full-Service Process
From the type of stone used on the exterior to the throw pillows on a new sofa, our design process covers all aspects of a home renovation or new build. We enjoy getting to know each client and scope of work to provide a truly custom experience. However, our projects are built on these foundational steps:

Design proposal/flat fee deposit
Schematic design development
Design plan presentation
Revisions
Digital design + material selection presentation
Material sourcing + ordering
Implementation + project management
Completed design + installation + photoshoot
And of course…meetings, site checks, and communication along the way!
Hourly Services
When our schedule allows, we also offer the following services at an hourly rate: furnishings and accessories procurement, room and furniture layouts, consulting, mood boarding, rendering, and styling.
