The NSDCo Cottage was a late-night dream turned into a business goal. Nicole knew she wanted a studio but disliked the idea of a traditional commercial space. She also resides in Stratford, a small farming community north of Amarillo. For those reasons, she felt she needed a soft place to land for days “in town” and for team members to collect and collaborate. She searched for the right home for several months, and with Avery’s help, she oversaw renovations and cosmetic upgrades through the course of 2025. Just before Christmas, the team celebrated its first Open House, a joyous day to remember!
